Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut DLC Out This Summer

Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut DLC Out This Summer

BioWare is issuing a response to the frequent complaints from disappointed fans by releasing Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut as downloadable content that should be out some time this summer.

This DLC should expand upon the events that happened at the end of ME3 with a bunch of additional scenes. There will even be a few epilogue scenes that might explain things even further.

“With the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut we think we have struck a good balance in delivering the answers players are looking for while maintaining the team’s artistic vision for the end of this story arc in the Mass Effect universe,” said Dr. Ray Muzyka, co-founder of Bioware.

The DLC will be available for free on all platforms until April 12, 2014, giving fans plenty of time to complete the title and nab the DLC. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see whether or not fans will continue to rage after the DLC is released.
