Sunday Night TV (6 Jan 2013)

Once Upon a TimeFor a moment there, this show had me going making me think Jiminy Cricket was dead. But luckily he was not. Close call. Honestly, this really was a good episode. I loved it. I love Regina the most and I feel so bad for her. Regina is the best character in this show and I love her. The actress does such a good job in bringing the character to life. I mean, don’t get me wrong, all the acting is decent but she, the actress who plays Regina is by far, in my opinion the best. She is amazing, wonderful and amazing.

Over all, the direction that this story is taking is good. The twists and turns are well developed and structured. This is just an amazing show. They way that they are told, the fairy tales, in a new way yet keeping true to the original stories is very well structured. They do not tarnish what was original, the writers just give everything a new twist and spin. Watch it; you’ll be sucked in.  Sundays @ 8 PM EST on ABC.

The Good WifeMichael J. Fox is great. I mean that dude is just freaking amazing and the character he plays on this show is even more amazing. Now Julianne is equally amazing. Her character has steadily grown since the first episode and keeps me tied to this show. Her character suffers and has dilemmas that I would never expect. Now that is just good writing. Her character and the shows plot, keep moving forward. Nothing is repeated. Now, I usually get tired of law shows because after a while they get really repetitive, there is just a limit to what one can do with Law. Now here, you see, nothing is boring, droll or stagnant. This really is a good show and I really enjoy watching it. Sundays @ 9PM EST on CBS.

The MentalistJane and Lisbon cannot hook up. I know that there are many people here who want to see them together but they just seem to have a brother-sister relationship going on. Lisbon seems like the younger sister who has to keep her older brother in check because he is the troublesome child who will never grow up. Both characters are just too different if you ask me. But that’s just me. Other than that, I love the show. Jane is a complete ass but he is like Constantine in a way, a charming jerk. I have to admit, I really do love him and this show.  The dude is a great actor and portrays his character very well.

Dialogue is not overdone, it is clever, smooth and realistic and the plot lines keep me entangled in the overall plot of the story. Great show. Sundays @ 10PM EST on CBS.
