Let’s start this new year right shall we!  Hopefully work won’t get to in the way of these snazzy little reviews, or at very least let’s hope that my writing doesn’t suffer.  Here’s to a new year. J

Genre: Legal drama, Political drama

Starring: Julianna Margulies, Matt Czuchry, Archie Panjabi, Graham Phillips, Makenzie Vega, Alan Cumming, Zach Grenier, Josh Charles & Christine Baranski

“Goliath and David”: One would think that it would be impossible for Will to become an even more jerk than before, but the writers and the actor made it possible.  At least they gave us viewers a break from his annoying and talentless girlfriend.  Seriously, couldn’t they have at least hired someone who could act? However, that has nothing to do with last night’s episode.  Last night, which was a hilarious, Will is once again going head to head with Alicia thinking that he can take her down, attempting to use underhanded, low and dirty tricks to throw her off her game.  More than that, his attitude at work has become erratic and Diane is noticing.  The loss of Alicia has really thrown him off his game, somewhat.  Nevertheless, it’s making the show work.  The fall of his character creates such a rising tension between the two, it makes us viewers love Alicia more and holler when she wins and beats him at his own game.  This show sends you to the edge of your seat, makes your blood boil with anger and adrenaline, excitement!  For a legal drama this show is wrote the rush with amazing writing and character development, and the tension between the characters is spellbinding.  Sundays @ 9PM EST on CBS.
