But his greatest battle is about begin as a threat, closer to home begins to loom. For Peter Parker, there is no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers as he embraces his superhero role and spending time with his wonderful girlfriend Gwen Stacy. With the emergence of Electro, Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than himself. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.

This movie was absolutely perfect. To start with, the story. Taking one of the most iconic moments in Marvel Comics, the writers brought it to life in such an amazing way. Bringing in the villains, introducing the Green Goblin and Electro. Building the story, the writers worked hard to make sure that each character got enough representation on screen. Additionally the storyboard was well developed, progressing the movie with a steady flow and allowing the characters to connect with one another. Of course, the cast had a hand in that.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone have the perfect on screen chemistry to accurately captivate audiences with their romance within the film. Their quirky connections and deliver of their lines was able to showcase just how important their relationship is, and it steals the show allowing for amazing dynamic and heartbreaking scenes that all comic book fans will love and appreciate. Andrew Garfield captured Spider-Man with pin point accuracy.

Then add Dane DeHann to the mix. James Franco was good, but DeHann made the character his own and captured the character brilliantly, right down to the demented laugh and toxic grin, as promo pictured revealed. He was able to connect to Peter Parker perfectly, which created such tension near the end and brought up the tearful heartbreak between the characters. And when he reveals himself at the end as the Green Goblin, the execution of the scene was brilliant. The movie had so much build allowing the reveal to fit within the content of the movie.

This was a brilliant movie, from a perfectly scripted dialogue that created the perfect blend of comic book hilarity to scenes that will break any viewers heart, this movie is sure to make everyone laugh and cry. ★★★★ (A+)
