The Wages of Sin | Part 1: Nightfall

This is how the series should have been after the Forever Evil conclusion. Now readers are able to see the dynamic between the characters who are the Trinity of Sin. You have Pandora, the Phantom Stranger and The Question. Before I begin, I have to applaud the dynamic between the team and the recreation between the characters. Pandora is new in the world of the DC Universe, but she has added an element of surprise, an element of hope in the series.

But now, in this new monthly series, the DC has decided to put these guys together into a reluctant team in the hopes of created the equivalent of the Trinity we all know and love (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman). Pandora continues to rise to the tables and is the teams’ clear headed character as she battles her own demons. Then here is Phantom Stranger who has been established as the sinner Judas, who is the stronger rational one who lets his own arrogance bet the better of him from time to time. There is little to say about Question who is the rage filled character. The three of them have this dynamic that is very different and tension filled, but they each understand each other, they each have the same goal, to save their souls and to save the world around them and keep evil at bay.

This issue was a good start in bringing the team together, giving readers and interesting storyline.
