What’s going on in comics :)

Week 34 2014 | Part 3 | Comic Reviews

Last piece of the week. I hope everyone has plans for a wonderful weekend. Side note, this weekend is my birthday. I am turning 23 this weekend. I had plans but I just got my job back – was suspended due to a disagreeable secret shopper – but now that’s done and I can only bounce back from it. And I am. I’m happy and energetic, a little hungry, but overall, I’m a happy panda and I still get my Saturday off even know my birthday is on Sunday. I’ll take it. Anyway, to conclude this week’s comic books reviews I have Marvels Inhuman #3 where Queen Medusa takes charge and the final Star Wars issue by Dark Horse Star Wars #20.

Following that is Teen Titans (2014 – ) #2 where the humor continues and the team figures out where they are needed most. And finally we have Worlds’ Finest #26. Helena and Karen have finally made it back to Earth-2 and the world is less pleasant than they remember causing tension between the sister-like characters.

Week 34 2014| Part 1 | Comic Reviews

Happy Monday readers! Best way to start a week is to have a smile on your face. I’m aware at how cheesy that is by my life has gotten quite complicated so I’m just trying to keep up my sunny disposition. But you’re not here to read about that. No, you are here to read some comic reviews! First up is the final Superboy issue, Superboy #34 followed by Superman/Wonder Woman #11, the second chapter in the final Superman Doomed story arc featuring the Deathstar.

Week 33 2014 | Part 3 | Comic Review

Happy Friday readers! I hope you all have had a very fun week and have plans for a very fun weekend. To conclude this week’s comic reviews I bring you Earth 2 #26 where Superman is finally revealed or what he is – a fraud – and Action Comics #34 where the Last Sun story arc ends and the battle between Brianiac and Superman begins again.

Hey there readers! Super-Critic (still working on name) is here to bring to you her latest review in the DC Comic book realm. Today we have Action Comics Annual #3 that had a lot of misprints and errors but still had a strong story.

Week 33 2014 | Part 1 | Comic Reviews

Hey! I know, my reviews were A.W.O.L. last week. I was going through some stuff and wasn’t feeling up to writing. But I am back in the saddle…mostly. So this week I am opening up with Justice League 3000 #9, where the humor keeps on coming and the wonder twins go up against one another followed by Superman/Wonder Woman Annual #1 where it’s Clark versus Doomsday as the internal struggle rages on.

Week 31 2014 | Part 3 | Comic Reviews

Finishing up the week with two dynamic and character driven issues. First up is the two part Aquaman Annual #2 that gives Wonder Woman a chance to connect to Aquaman and Mera followed up by Superman #33 that continues to create nostalgia for all the Superman fans and shine on his character. Hope everyone is doing well!

Week 31 2014 | Part 2 | Comic Reviews

Happy Wednesday! I only have one review for you today because my file this weekend at the comic shop was very small. So here we have The Flash #33 where Iris starts to take advantage of her friendship with Barry while he deals with a mass murderer lying in the police precinct.
