Happy Wednesday! I only have one review for you today because my file this weekend at the comic shop was very small. So here we have The Flash #33 where Iris starts to take advantage of her friendship with Barry while he deals with a mass murderer lying in the police precinct.

Week 27 2014 | Part 2 | Comic Reviews

This week is the finale of the DC Bombshell covers. First up is Catwoman #32 where she races to solve one mystery with the help of rouge Mirror Master. Next is the Flash #32, where tensions are rising and the bond between Wally and Barry finally begins to form and finally, Batman #32 where Batman faces off against the formidable and clever Riddler in a Zero Year story arc.

Week 22 2014 | Part 3 | Comic Reviews

Closing up the week with DC comics, this segment will focus on two of the Boy Scouts and their title comics. Following the Superman Doomed story line in Superman #31, I look over why the Doomed story line seems to work, and why Lois makes a great villain. Then, closing up the week with The Flash #31, where the Future Flash has come back to save lives, and take lives while Present Flash tries to keep up with his life and keep up with Wally West, the boy who refuses help.

Week 18 2014 | Part 3 | Comic Book Reviews

Conclusion to the latest comics released this past week. Featured reviews will focus on The Flash Annual #3 that debuts the New 52 Wally West and begins his new troubled relationship with Barry Allen and the Flash while the story shifts between the past and the future. The second review centers on Green Lantern: New Guardians Annual #2 that finally brings up the consequences of Kyle’s actions of going behind the Source Wall and rewriting the equation for life.
