The Fire Emblem: Awakening trailer was released earlier today and it showcases the game’s rather epic opening cinematic, but more importantly, several snippets of in-game action.
Fire Emblem: Awakening was announced for the 3DS last year, but had since gone under the radar, or more accurately underground. We’ve heard nothing about it up until now and it looks awfully promising.
Not much is know for the story save for the description blurb which reads as follows: “Two sleeping dragons – one a sacred ally of mankind, the other its sworn destroyer. Two heroes marked with the symbol of the dragons. Their meeting heralds the dragons’ awakening – and the world’s ending.”
