3DS surpasses PS3 lifetime sales in Japan

Nintendo 3DS Continues Japanese Domination

Despite sales falling this week, Nintendo has continued their domination of the Japanese market, with the Nintendo 3DS selling 72,115 units this week. Sony held the next three spots, with the PS3, PSP and PS Vita selling 43,105 units combined – someway short of Nintendo’s single-platform total.
