I loved this movie.  I loved how it diverged away from the original  fairy tale while keeping true to it.  Lily Collins is simply remarkable.  She has such a beautiful smile and the way she plays the doe eyed thief (yes you read that right) was amazing.  Just think a little of Robin Hood and His Merry Men *wink wink*.  It was funny, witty, and I love the puns and mentions in this movie.  The dwarves were not your traditional dwarves and quite simply, I loved how this movie was done.  The humor wasn’t forced, it was natural and just, it was adorable.  They make funny jokes than you would only get if you’re an adult and, in my opinion, it is a very good family movie.

Lily Collins and Julia Roberts were amazing, Julia Roberts especially does the evil step-mother part exceptionally well.  There was simply a lot of great chemistry in this film, and the love between Lily Collins and Armie Hammer was believable and adorable.  Just…I liked it a lot .

Another thing I liked about this was…okay come on, Lily Collins can act, she acts all doe eyed when she’s suppose to, being Snow White and a Princess, but she’s a pretty good actress and I simply adore her.  There was also great One problem I had with this movie was one line, when the Queen asks where her Prince was, you know the one she spelled to marry her.  The response?  “He was stolen.”  You cannot steal people, you kidnap people and you steal their clothes…which there was a lot of in this movie.  Sorry, I know a spoiler.  Also, the ending, was predictable, but that didn’t really ruin the movie for me, I would see it again if I had the money to spend.  I simply adored everything about this…well almost everything.  Oh, and before I forget, Lily Collins has a very beautiful singing voice.  4/4 stars & an “A-”.
