Help Cynthia Publish Her Heartfelt Novel

Hello! My name is Cynthia, and New Girl is the first in a series I began as a joke in my sophomore year of high school. It began based on two of my friends and I and our shenanigans. I stopped writing it for a while as life got in the way, and my two friends and I had a bit of a falling out.

But one of my friends died shortly after graduation in a car accident, and even to this day, I wish we could have made amends. So I went back to this series hoping to give us that chance and the future I think she would have wanted.

I’ve been working on this series on and off since 2009 and even workshopped a bit of it in college. I want to publish it within the next two years. But before I do that, I want to get a developmental editor to make this novel the best thing it can be.

Most developmental editors charge $0.03 – 0.06 cents a word, and considering my book is about 65,000 words, that will run me at least $2,500. So, the funds will be put towards hiring an editor to help me edit my book. Even if I can get halfway there, that would help so much.

Thank you for listening to my story.
