Hey there readers! I hope everyone had a great week. It was midterms for me and wouldn’t you guess it, I was sick. Congestion that was, is, killing me. I was so miserable on Friday that my teacher let me go home halfway through the class and I was in a daze and then yesterday, I wanted to get work done and I was stuck in bed trying to get rid of a migraine that went away at 1 in the morning. Luckily it’s gone now so I think I’m finally on the med. The winter air was just not doing me any favors.
The sun doesn’t set for twenty-four years, and when it does, the darkness rises, bringing the nightmares and monsters of the night alongside it. No one stays on the island once the sun leaves, but for Marin, Kana and Line, they didn’t have a choice and they were forgotten. Now the trio need to not only survive the night, but make it off the island and swim south towards the desert lands. But it may be to late for them to save themselves…
