The president of Sony Computer Entertainment, Andrew House, has reaffirmed Sony’s commitment to selling 10 million PlayStation Vita consoles this calendar year.
The PS Vita launched earlier in 2012, but has struggled so far, especially in Japan, due to a poor software library. However, Sony expects to see a surge in sales this holiday season as they release major software titles.
They also believe that consumers will find the system’s always-improving network content to be a rather appealing feature.
