Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward Coming To U.S. Later This Year

2010’s 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors proved to be a surprise success for publisher Aksys Games, so when fans learned that the creators were making another title in the series many were left to wonder if Aksys would pick up it up. The publisher has now announced that they will in fact be bringing the game to North America.

VLR featured two distinct gameplay styles featuring both story and puzzle-driven action with full-voiced characters in both English and Japanese. And just like in 999, there are 24 different endings one can achieve depending on the choices they make during the game. And now thanks to the more impressive graphical capabilities of the newer handhelds, objects can be manipulated in 3D.

Aksys Games will be releasing Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward on the PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS sometime later this year with more information to be released in the coming months.
