Insomniac Games may be finished developing Resistance games, but that doesn’t mean Sony is abandoning the brand. The company today announced the Resistance Collection, a $40 PlayStation 3 compilation pack that includes all three Insomniac-developed entries.
Due out this winter, the Resistance Collection includes Resistance: Fall of Man (2006), Resistance 2 (2008), and Resistance 3 (2011). Additionally, the bundle will include downloadable content for Resistance 2 (Aftermath Pack and skin bundle) and Resistance 3 (Brutality and Survival packs).
The game’s box art (at right) indicates the Resistance Trilogy will include PlayStation Move support as well as 3D compatibility. Sony did not say if each title within the bundle will support motion control and 3D, and a company representative was not immediately available for comment.
