Hey there readers! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Man, with Planet of the Apes and Game of Thrones last weekend, I didn’t have any time to read…or type my reviews. So now I’m a little behind with catching up with my reviews and my reading list. Both were amazing by the way so I definitely recommend seeing both. But anyway, now that I’m all caught up on all that I can finally focus on my writing, reading and reviews! Woo! So check out this weeks latest reading list.

Here you have it, readers. Many books were listed but there could only be one winner, and by slim numbers, our winner this month is Lifeblood by Gena Showalter, the second in her Everlife series, the first of which also won last year’s book of the month! Let’s give a round of applause to Gena! Check out what this book is all about and stay tuned for a featured review right here on Cyn’s Workshop. You can already find a review of the first novel, Firstlife, here too. Happy reading!
Oh, and stay tuned for March’s selection of books.

There are three choices after death. Two realms that fight for power and one where the lost souls go to suffer. Ten hasn’t chosen an afterlife, and her family has made her suffer for it. Both realms want her and have sent their top Laborers to recruit her in their war, but with one side desperate to force her hand, the real struggle is surviving long enough to make her choice.
Firstlife by Gena Showalter is the first in her new young adult series, Everlife, published on February 23, 2016, by Harlequin Teen.

Hey there avid readers! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend. For me, this weekend has been spent at the Annual South Florida Supercon! Woo! It was tons of fun, as always. And if any of you were there you know how much fun it was. Anyway, it’s been a pretty busy past few weeks which is why I’m a little slow on the reading here, but here’s what I’ve got coming up. And as you can imagine, I didn’t have a ton of time to read this weekend. I’m almost done with Dog with a Bone, just got 2 chapters left and I’m enjoying it, needs a little more structure to it, but overall, I’m liking it. Check out the other books and she if they catch your fancy. Happy Fourth of July!
