Wuthering Heights

Wuthering HeightsIs it any wonder why this book is a classic.  It’s such a wonderful story of love and wanting.  Catherine is my least favorite character, loving herself more than anyone and then killing herself like the petty woman she is.  I cannot fault Heathcliff for his horrible actions, I can only pity him for falling in love with such a wretched woman.  Such a brilliant masterpiece of a book.  I think that everyone should read this one, is positively breathtakingly heart wrenching.
