With Record of Agarest War 2’s release next week, Aksys Games has announced information on a limited edition version of the game. This is the third game in the series, with last year’s release being a prequel titled Record of Agarest War Zero.

Agarest War 2 features numerous changes, chief among them being a newly revamped active grid-based battle system replacing the original turn-based tactics-style interface. The sequel also adds redone HD graphics and special PlayStation Move-enabled mini-games.

The special limited edition will include an inflatable Felenne doll, an 8 x 12" (compressed) hand towel that will expand once thrown in water and a special collectible artbook. Of course, this limited edition bundle will also include the game itself.

Record of Agarest War 2 is set for a June 26th release in North America exclusively on the PS3.
