dragonsdogma_49739_screenMore content for Capcom’s action role-playing game Dragon’s Dogma appears to be in the development pipeline. Game director Hideaki Itsuno told 4Gamer (translated by Andriasang), that Capcom isn’t yet finished adding to the game, which released to a warm critical reception in May.

“I’m sure many have already cleared the game, but for Dragon’s Dogma, we’re continuing to prepare new play elements,” he said. “It would be best if you held on to the game for a bit.”

There is already a host of downloadable content available for Dragon’s Dogma. Currently available add-ons include seven $1 “From a Different Sky” quests, as well as weapon, armor, and other character customization packs, selling for $2-$3 each.

Itsuno also spoke about the game’s commercial success, calling Japanese reaction to Dragon’s Dogma “better than expected.” Last month, Capcom announced the game had shipped one million copies and said it plans to spin the fiction into a franchise, a point Itsuno also spoke to.

The developer teased a potential sequel, saying he would be happy to build “the next title,” and will do so with enough fan support
