Sony has lifted the lid on Killzone Mercenary, a game which was announced so long ago, that it was previously known as Killzone NGP.
Back then, Sony announced that it would be developed on the PlayStation Vita by Sony Cambridge, but it’s now been revealed that Guerrilla Games, the developers behind the Killzone franchise, will be handling this title.
It’s said to revolve around a group of mercenaries who take cash for jobs and will feature a range of PS Vita touch-screen gestures and controls.
There’s no release date yet, but Sony revealed the title would be using the same engine as Killzone 3, just adapted to take full advantage of what the PS Vita can offer.
