Even with Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes being announced Konami wants to make sure you don’t for get about Metal Gear Rising. The newest trailer shows off more of the story than ever before and if you are a Metal Gear fan that is never a bad thing.

The trailer introduced us to a bevy of new friends and foes. OF course with this being a Metal Gear game the bosses are going to be crazy as ever(exception being Peace Walker). The group against Raiden is called the Desperado Enforcement.

The first character is Sundowner a very large man in a trench coat that seems to have some similarities to Fat Man from MGS2. Sundowner is the unofficial leader of Desperado Enforcement and is part of the “Winds of Destruction”

Next up is Mistral and she is covered in robotic arms all over her over. Her weapon the Estrangers are also used to make whips and rods to fight with.

Monsoon is the final member we were shown from the group and like the other two he is named after a kind of wind. Using his magnetic fields he can control his Sai and Dystopia allows him to separate parts of his body. When separated he can manipulate them from far away.

Rising was already shaping up to be not only another great platinum game, but a great Metal Gear game. Rising comes out February 19, 2013 in North America and the 21st for Europe and Japan. What do you think of the newest trailer and bosses? Let us know in the comments below.
