Weekly Reading List #70

By Cynthia Ayala

Hey there avid readers! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas Holiday. Mine was particularly good, I worked the afternoon shift at the movie theater, well afternoon until closing and this year I didn’t have to deal with any jerks. Seems like everyone was in the Christmas spirit…for me at least. Hopefully, the good spirits carry on into this New Year.

Anyway, it’s been hectic, I’ve been at work since I returned to South Florida, so reading has been just a little challenging. But anyway, check out this reading list right here. Oh, and Happy New Year’s everyone!

Weekly Reading List #69

By Cynthia Ayala

Hey there avid readers! I hope that everyone is having a great week. I’m back in sunny South Florida. Brightside, with my kitties and my fiancé. Downside, I’m working today and I want to take a moment to remind everyone of something. If you’re going to the movies on Christmas please take into account that everyone working at the movie theater is away from their families, working to provide the best service that we can. But remember, we’re going to get slammed, just take that into account that we can only go as fast as possible and are serving a large number of guests. We’re doing the best we can. So please be patient and please be respectful, please remember to have the Christmas spirit and remember many of us are working long shifts with no breaks and are away from our families. As someone who had popcorn thrown on her, on Christmas, it’s not fun.

Anyway, since some breaks exits, check out my weekly reading list to help me end my long exhausting days.

Book of the Month – November 2016

By Cynthia Ayala

Wow, I can’t believe it’s already November. Goodness, the months just go by so quickly. I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween, I know I did. I went to Salem! Who doesn’t love the hub of where religious extremist took out their fear of the unknown out by killing innocent people? Well, it’s a great place to visit and learn some history, and a fun place in general to honor those who lost their lives so many years ago. Anyway, I had a great week and a great holiday weekend, except for the part when a restaurant rejected my state ID calling it invalid. I’m really 25-years-old, I swear!

But that’s not the point of this! (Sorry for my rambling) Let’s give a round of applause to *drum roll* A Million Worlds With You by Claudia Gray! This means this novel will now get a featured book review here on my website….the moment I get my hands on the book. (My To-read list is very long but this novel is going to move on up, I promise!) Check out what this book is all about right here and congratulations once again to Claudia Gray! (I met her, she’s a super nice person.)
